I have no idea what you are trying to say or what you want.
My English is not so good, its not my native language. But if you are intelligent enough, you could understand topic in general.
At this moment GW2 transmogrification is too simple, ineffective.. impotent! Only thing you can do with it – change 1 item appearance into another. Thats it! You cant even change back into original look.
So what is the point of getting event weapon skins ( via grind or via black lion chests (some say (in another forum posts), if you are unlucky – it might be about 60$ for keys) and achievement back piece skins – if you will replace them in next event and they are gone forever?
I will give example for another games.
RIFT (gone f2p not so long ago) – you can not only reuse bought/rewarded costume items, you can even send them to alts (as its account bind), and of course you can switch to original look any moment.
The Secret World (b2p) – similar wardrobe system (you can buy costumes for character or account), change your looks on the go or return to original in any moment.
Lord of the Rings online (f2p) – same story.
I will not mention WoW, as its subscription game (but as you all know (can guess) its similar there also).
I know, there are lots of people who really don`t care about their character looks etc. This thread is not for you.
So – Arena net - could you give us some answers? Will you improve your transmogrification service? I believe that making skins reusable is impossible now, as train have left already.. If not – then at least skins which are earned via achievements or chests available in some permanent storage, like Zenith weapon skins?

Bump! I agree – how annoying is to have filter which is broken!
