here’s my warrior with the set that i always wanted for him
love how his pointy sylvari ears stick out of the helmet
lol better than having our characters be voiced by text to speech software… like microsoft anna
Okay. After that we realised that someone is controlling the new guards who is really close at the moment, we spotted a red-black cloaked sylvari woman. Scarlet? Personally, I don’t think so.
i would love it if this were true…. because if that sylvari dressed in red is scarlet… then Anet’s stories are kinda… predictable… like what would be the point of naming that red clad sylvari “mysterious figure” lol and honestly… if that sylvari did make a big reveal that she’s scarlet… i’m pretty sure most of the players wouldn’t be very surprised

I’m going to submit “Queen’s Soiree” as my prediction. The Jubilee finishes off with a grand dance and ball (which is, of course, gatecrashed by the Aetherblades and Scarlet). At the same time, the GW2 anniversary celebrations take part, so we’ll be getting birthday presents.
to me, queen’s soiree actually makes the most sense.. and matches the feel of the pic… especially with that giant hot air balloon floating there. at this point, it seems like it’ll 100% involve aetherblades and scarlet…
so i guess we’re gonna be getting part 2 of this carnival update…. hopefully it’ll end with something exciting like the crown pavilion blowing up in an epic battle
=/ how hard can it be for their live response team to at least acknowledge that they’re still looking at this bug or that they’ve put it aside because other bugs have a higher priority…. do they not have 1 min where they could post a quick msg like that…? can’t they just leave a msg like “this bug is being put on hold to fix more important bugs” or “be patient we’re still working on this because it’s a bigger problem than we thought” because there’s signs that maybe this bug is worse than the previous one… since some people have said other armour sets have been affected…
are we supposed to believe that in the past month, there wasn’t one person on the dev team that could find some time to post on this topic…? especially when this topic is pretty much always on the first page… and if that’s the case, they should really consider hiring more people… i don’t really feel like the live response team on this forum has a big enough presence…. and don’t really care about keeping the community updated with bug fixing progress… mostly feels like the live response team here just went MIA
if they don’t handle pre-existing bugs, then with this new content every 2 weeks, the new bugs + old bugs will just pile up… sure you can fix all the major bugs, but if you never get around to fixing all the small ones, it’ll still be a big annoyance in the game…
i’m getting the feeling Anet would rather have quantity than quality content… and i’m not sure how i feel about that mindset… it’s really hard to have both quantity and quality… if i could, i’d try fixing this bug myself, but i doubt Anet would ever let the community do any debugging…
Anyway rant over

for me, gw2 is all about style and appearances while fighting stuff, and if I don’t like how my thief looks because of this bug, then the less I’m going to be playing on him and the less I’m going to be on gw2.
I hate to say this, since I invested so much time into this game to lvl all my chars to 80 and get the armour styles I wanted for them, but the longer it takes to fix this bug, the less I’ll be on gw2, and if you never get around to fixing this bug, you very well might lose me as a player…
I really tried being patient, but with 4 weeks, 2 major releases, and 27 days since the last dev posted on here, my patience is definitely starting to wear thin… I get it if this bug isn’t a top priority, I’ve coded lots of stuff and I know how hard it can be to debug things like this, and I get it if this bug is a much bigger problem than the dye bug from 3 months ago… but if a dev would at least acknowledge that they’re still working on this bug, or even that this bug is queued up for fixing, it would really help…
It’s pretty clear how many players are getting impatient with this bug, but if a dev could at least keep us in the loop with the progress on debugging this, that would be nice…
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Class: Thief
Armor: Medium Exotic Karma Orr Leggings
Issue: I’ve tried previewing the exotic karma leggings with other medium boots, and aside from the exotic karma boots, it clips with almost every other boot style. I really like the look of the pants, but it’s a bit hard to find boots that fit with it
