agreed, same thing happened to me, but I only had 4 charges to get.
I converted mine and they disappeared from my inventory as well → I had 3 crystals and 3 stones to convert to 4 charges, now nothing.
Same here, hasn’t been fixed, so far it occurs on all 4 of my characters and every area I’ve been to, I can’t say anything.
I tried to convert the transmutation stones and crystals that I had to “charges” and instead they are gone from my inventory. I converted 3 crystals and 3 stones, so I should have 4 more charges, and I do not. Please fix this, I expect to be compensated for the crystals at least, since I bought them with real cash. Thank you.
I had 15 aether key pieces and retrieved them from my bank using the instant access item. I combined the pieces but they never showed as keys in my inventory. Now they are gone, can they be found or replaced?
