I think a few days where every player is invisible unless they attack/interact with the environment then they’re visible for 30 to 60 seconds. Maybe another few days where everyone automatically has speed buff indefinitely or +50% speed increase buff?

Probably the index look-up they’re using to detect the winners and losers doesn’t match what the true state of the player data is, probably will see some server maintenance in the future to fix this issue (index rebuild based on the data).

Figuring out what causes a issue like that is a true pain and may never fully get resolved unfortunately which is why it repeated in season 2.

Should Anet change WvW to satisfy a vocal minority?

Running 30/0/0/10/30 (with wells for skills) I don’t have any problems taking out MM Necros since they’re just standing still on capture points. I’m sure it would be a different story if they could run around more.
