I got hacked some time ago and i got my account 2 weeks after I got hacked.
When i recieved my acount i didn’t have my tequatl wings because the snap acount was before i unlocked them.
i would like to get them back somehow.
please help and thanks in advance.

130928-001107 An agent responded on 28 September; please update to answer the questions. If you are not getting emails, please log into your Support Account to update.

As i have told you a lot of times now i have repsonded
I simply want my gear back so I can start playing again since I have wiped all of odd files from my computer, changed password and downloaded the security app.

EDIT: since i’m not getting anywhere with this ticket i have made a new one….

dont know if this is allowed (posting a second time) but i still haven’t gotten any help. Its been about 10 days since i got hacked and my acount is the same. when should i be expecting support?

i might have buried myself deeper into the problem, i asked for help on facebook and someone linked this to me: https://en.support.guildwars2.com/app/ask/ i filled inn the information and when they responded hotmail warned me it was scammers. so i gues i’m kittened at this moment…

Wait a second. Hotmail sent you a warning about a mail form us? Is there any way you can retrieve that email and send it to me?

I’m sorry but i can’t send screenshot of it because i removed it from the filter and put it in my normal inbox, but when i recived the mail it was in the garbage can. When i opened it up it popped up a message from the top of the mail warning me others had flagged mails from you guys as scam.

I did respond about 6 hours after i got asked for more information on my email. As i have stated; my computer is complety clean ATM i have done 4 scans with diffrent programs and i got nothing. I also changed password on my gw2 acount, hotmail (even though i see no sign of them logging in there) and every other user i have logged on to since the hack and before. I did also download the mobile app to increase security so ATM i just want to get my profile back as it was so i can start playing again.

They havent been on my user since that night they hacked me except from something in TX which i hear is a bug

also got hacke by americans and i am on EU server, texas and california
have done some many sweeps i lost count still cant find anything.

“we are sorry to hear this, we are working on a solution to this problem blablablabla”
hopefully they really are but it really looks like they are doing a polititon

been about 3 days still no real help, got hacked and they took all my gold and gear been playing almost a year now but i really feel like quiting ATM….
have wiped my computer and my computer is secure used norton, kaspersky and MSE
all scanned found no files that was a threat.
i have changed password on my acount and hotmail + downloaded mobile app
i want to recover my acount as it was please

Edit: somehow the acount still being log on to in TX? how i they dont need my hotmail not my cellphone? this has to be server hacks not hardware hacks
i need help on what the next step should be

so when i try to type: PåVåPåBåAåNåK.NET witohut “Å” this appear instead when i press post:
I AM A GOLD SPAMMER. PLEASE REPORT ME BY PRESSING THE REPORT FLAG ICON IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THIS POST!
they have some sort of cookie or something that blovk me from telling you guys they hacked me -.-’

so as i started to log in i couldnt do it, i had to recover acount and when i did i noticed that all my 80 char didnt have any gear on them. so i logged in on them and when i checked their inventory all my gold, gear and othe sellable items were gone.
what do i do? they also got access to my computer (which i will fix by my self) but my gold and all my progress is gone hundreds of hours of gameplay in the kittenter.
at this moment i dont really feel like starting all over again please help me
