Actually if you read the patch notes, there is nothing about it having to be the 23rd. It is the 22nd here and the addition of the items is listed.

Go to this website scroll down and it will say between October 23 and November 5. But it seems that people are getting theyre skins.

They said patch would go up on the 22nd but the Unique items were to be there on the 23rd. Wait for 3-4 more hours

In the west coast it is still 10/22/12 where i live its 9:07 PM

Guys be patient it is just some server traficing after rendering the new world changes

Actually I think it is 20GB for the entire game

Im anxious to see what Act 1 is however since so many people are downloading the patch right now im only running at 600kbs
