Also, even though your manufacturer says its the latest i can guarantee you it is not the case, the latest drivers for your card 2/23/2012.. have you used AMDs official tool?

if that is not working if you post the manufacturer and model i can find you the right drivers, drivers dated 2010 is an issue either way :P

most probably a drivers issue, if 306 isnt beta try the beta drivers, im running a radeon 6850, so i cant tell, but on ati cards wich im familiar with, turning of every settings on the equalient of nvidia control panel and setting it to let the app decide works a charm
