My son, who at age 11 got a Warrior from 1-80 under the “old” system, logged in this morning to play his level 20 Necromancer some more.
When he hit level 21, the game told him that he could now do Jumping Puzzles? Then he looked at his Elite slot and saw that he won’t get that until level 40 now. He was looking forward to flesh golem, lich form, etc, at level 30 (as it was on his Warrior).
He said “That’s dumb!”, and doesn’t want to play his Necromancer anymore, or ever make another character again.
Not that the world revolves around my son, but I did think that Arenanet should know how he feels. Thanks.
