Can we please get a working Mac Client [Merged]

I reinstalled the client on my Macbook Pro (Retina, Mid 2015), first time I installed it and I got to play for a while then I logged out to stretch out and all but when I came back to play the client opens, it’s completely blank and it restarts my laptop completely. I am honestly really tired of this stuff, can someone tell me how I can fix this. Please.

How long do we still have to wait? I can’t even play anymore.. Every time I open the client, it either freezes or completely restarts my Mac.

I have the same issue and it is getting really tiring.
I tried to post about this issue on the Mac Beta forum but apparently it’s not there anymore… Kinda disappointed

I don’t know what Anet planned on doing for this but I spent a lot of time to get the Mysterious Vine and now I’m kinda bummed I can’t upgrade my backpiece.. It’s gonna be a week of waiting AFTER they fix it for the 7 plates of plant food

I have the same problem. I can still see my cursor but nothing more.. I was really excited about the feature patch but I don’t even know how it is since I’m stuck at a blank black screen.

Anet could at least tell us more about the issue we’re facing..

Gem Purchase/Redemption Issues [Merged]

Has anyone tried https://gemstore-live.ncplatform.net/authenticate as an alternative to installing Windows? It is an at your own risk feature to check on gemstore stuff (they have a trading post one too).

I tried it before with Paypal as my option. But it didn’t work out for me as I was never taken to the Paypal site.

EDIT: I successfully made a purchase through this platform. I just had to fiddle a bit to get to the Paypal thing since the platform didn’t open a new window for me. ( might be because I block them -_-) But yeah. Works.

Is that what the game actually links to when you open up the store?

Forgive me for being a little cautious but I’m not a huge fan of plugging my PayPal details into any random website.

It worked for me successfully although I did change my Paypal password right away..
At least, we have a way to purchase gems..

UPDATE: I did receive the gems on my account but I still CANNOT see the Black Lion TC, which is really frustrating because just yesterday I could see the items on sale.

I also use the Apple Magic Mouse and still have issues with the camera, which is quite annoying.

Please Anet, fix it as soon as possible, I want to buy some town clothes before they are gone and many other stuff…

EDIT: Now it’s not just the Gem Store it’s everything on Black Lion, can’t load Trading Post either… Seriously Anet this is getting really old..
