To everyone who has reported that they purchased an item in the Gem Store, but did not receive the item: please check whether your in-game mailbox is full. If your mailbox is full, please make room in your in-game mailbox. Even if you have 9/10 spaces full, please make room for ALL undelivered mail, as we’ve seen some cases where items will not be delivered if there isn’t room for everything. If you’ve done this and you still haven’t received your items, please let us know.
Cleared my mail, even the system ones (mail at 0/10), did not help though.
(Bug I encountered: Bought Dye Pack, 200 Gem clearly got deducted, received nothing, “Recent Purchases” showed nothing as well)
It has already been 5 days since encountering this bug.

having the same problem here as well, can’t get anything from the trade post at all.

I clear my mail all the time, there’s never more then 2 mails on average, and usually mails informing me to visit a dungeon.
As I said before, its not that I did not receive Dye Pack, the real problem is 200 Gem was deducted, but the “Recent Purchases” list shows nothing at all.
I think it could be because i bought it during server lag spike, i remembered clicking confirm a few times without getting any response.
Then I proceeded to relog, and attempted to buy again, this time the 200 Gem got deducted, but I did not receive any notice nor did it show up on the history list.
Any ideas? I have searched around for other people having similar issues, unfortunately i could find none.
This is putting me off from buying anymore Gem Store stuff, sigh…

At least yours shows up in the “Recent Purchases” list. Mine doesnt, thats what worries me even more, my only chance of getting the dye pack or 200 gem back is “if” the transaction is logged on their end.
Seriously losing faith in the Gem Store.
Only way I can prove it on my end is to add/minus the balance.
As per the title, I bought a Dye Pack, 200 Gems got deducted from my balance,
however I did not receive any Dye Pack and my tickets have gone unanswered over the past 48 hours.
This is putting me off from buying anymore stuff from the Gem Store atm.
Hope someone gets back to me.
