Guild Wars 2

In Ogham Wild I was shown by another character that at the bottom of the skill challenge on the right was a very small area to jump so that I could get the skill point to complete the area in Caledon Forest. I really like that you can sometimes get help in the explorable areas from perfect strangers, rather it is a jumping vista or getting revived when helping in killing a champion. Thanks. Also I try to help others with there problems in the game. I think that the Norn are the worst jumpers (jmo). Jumping in games have always been a problem for me. I press the button to jump and yet I do not jump. It may have something to do with being too late in pressing when moving or a program problem that just hasn’t really been solved. Thanks again. I do not understand this Bump Warning. Just something new for me to learn (and I like learning).

I do not know if this is in the right place to put this or if someone will put this topic in the right place. I just have a question regarding runes and how they work. If you have, lets say 2 minor rune of Flame Legion runes which has 1) +10 power, 2) +5% burn duration. Does the 1st part get applied twice to you character when having 2 pieces of armor with that same flame legion rune on them, or is it only applied once and the second one applied only once? Please Help. I have already put a question in this foam and got no answer. I do not see how asking questions in a forum helps me. This is the second time using a forum at all and it frustrates me that I can’t get an answer or reply unless I do something wrong against the forum code. Thanks. I tried having the topic on RUNES, but it was too short, needs 6 letters (characters). Too many rules.

How come some vistas are so unreachable. I have two in Caledon Forest. One at the waterfall in Ogham Wilds west of the Caer Astorea Waypoint and another in Ruins of the Unseen. I have seen a vista in Lion’s Arch on an Island that has no way of jumping to it nor is there anything on the island that would allow you to get to it. Are the creators of the game going to, later in the development, allow us to fly or climb? Because I see no other way to get to some of these vistas whiteout flying or climbing. Maybe they will develop a grappling climbing ability for us. Jumping does not always work. Sometimes you can only jump two inches off the ground because something is obstructing your ability to jump. Some jumps are either too long or too short and you miss. Sometimes you press the jump and you don’t even jump. Another problem is that you cannot duck down to move through something that is too small for you to move through. some of them are on a vista jump or a jump challenge and you can’t go to the next jump spot. Need to be able to crouch or duck in the game.

I guess i made the mistake of opening a pvp reward chest and now i am stuck with the items as soulbound. It was a warrior that got a staff weapon, war horn, focus, mace, shoulders, and legguards. What does a warrior need with a staff or focus item? Is there a way to get rid of them without destroying them? I have no use for PvP or WvW items, nor do i care to play in such worlds. I like the game to tell a story and that is what PVE does for me. I am happy to help other players and get help from other players. I do not care to go against any player, no matter what. That is why I like Guild Wars. It has a story to tell and you have to adventure through it to finish the story. Guild Wars 2 included something I never thought possible in a game of combat. A way to advance without killing, having puzzles to solve, resolve conflict with choices. I am not saying that PvP or WvW is bad, it’s just not for me. So is there a way to sell the items I just got?

Why is it that you have to choose who gets the particular dye that you found when you have more than one character? Just like the gold that is now account wide instead if individual, the dye should work the same way. all characters should receive a dye that one of the characters found and put it in their dye list. It is just to difficult to decide if one of your character should get a particular dye and then find out it needed to be used on another character. Please have color dye account specific instead of soulbound to only one character. That way any character of mine can use a color dye that was consumed by any other character.

It says in the wiki that you can be a member of up to 5 guilds on one account. Can someone actually create two guilds and be a member of three other guilds, that were created by three other accounts?
