it has been over 72 hours and I have not even gotten a “we are looking into this” message from anyone all i want is to play the game i spent money on.

already made a thread about this after 24 hours and got told to wait, making it again. is support not open on weekends? are you just screwed if you have a problem friday, saturday, or sunday? a major problem like this that can be solved by an email change cause of an unknowingly linked guildwars one account shouldnt take three days to fix, are people actually working on this? has my ticket even been acknowledged as existing?

Hi

this isnt the email that my account is supposed to be under, its the email that a family member used to link his guildwars account to his guildwars two account.

i bought the game [guildwars two] recently and he said i could link the guildwars one account and get cool skins for my weapons, but i did it and it didnt let me fill out any more information it just said that my account name was the his email address and i didnt even put a password in.

i tried to log on and it says my account has been terminated for using an exploit but ive never even played the game? how is that possible? i had to get the account information from him and we have different cd keys and he says he got terminated for something but that it shouldnt effect me??

i put in a support ticket but its been over twenty four hours and nobody has even said they are looking into it, but this is a big problem and i wasnt allowed to make my own account and the cd key i just spent sixty bucks on isnt allowed to play at all.

so i came here to get some kind of answer since i dont know if the support ticket even went through, i asked if anyone got it in an update thing but nobody replied to that either.

help!!
