Well, actually I do think on the errors. Lack of technical possibility for recovering deleted items + problems with changing e-mail + lack of physical authenticator token (there’s even recently been a thread of someone loosing the mobile one after android update) all sums up to one huge security joke…
Mark my words – I’m only waiting for the huge security breach to happen.
(PS: so far I’ve spent on crystals about as much as big boys want monthly for their games. Not anymore if there’s no respect for my money when I need simple help in single mistake.)

Somehow Blizzard never had issues to check. And I’ll wait for some official response here (and well, double think about getting more crystals really).
So, I’ve deleted a character that had a makeover kit in it’s inventory. Stupid mistake, but regardless, crystals don’t grow on trees. Is that true you can’t recover such item in any way for me? If it’s true it’s simply ridiculous…
Good to know I’m not the only one with that problem. That whole “OMG haxxorz stealing accounts” paranoia got me thinking the worst when I DC’d at character switch ;-)
