most people ive seen run a s/p shortbow build, but run d/d for bosses in dungs. me personally, i recommend going full damage i normally run daredevil, deadly arts, and critical. but if you dont have expansion you can go trickery or shadow(for more survive) also nice for when you are running dungs because you are able to skip bosses. venom share build is also pretty decent for bosses or dung. but i normally run just d/d for bosses, shortbow for trashmobs. reniewed vigor, shadow refuge, the singet that does increased damage, the one that increases percision or i do a venom, then i do dagger storm or thieves guild(i only use thieves guild if its a boss fight or trashmobs, but only after my team as drawn attention). but gl!

Awesome, this will be a bit of a long reply. I can tell you more when I get on next. But first I highly recommend getting your thief to 80, so you can get the major mechanics of it. If your looking for some great videos look up face art of thief volume 1, and caed. I’m not crazy sure if d/p is still top PvP but my guess is it still is the moves are way to useful interrupt/blind/tele/invis whenever/great power with dagger/ and a leap finished that screws stuff up when your targets low. My number one tip is practice practice practice, it will be very disuraging but just keep your head up because it will very rewarding. IMO I prefer s/d with the panic strike and with dare devil, s/d is crazy fast paced and out play ability. Next tip is know your place in PvP, each weapon set has its own place, but most of all your job is to roam/poke/finish/res/burst down the biggest threats of your playing with a good group they will target people for you guys to put your focus on. Use your bow to your advantage your two does good damage, your 4 I think is great for stopping other people from reading as effectively and walking effectively and use your bow 5 to you help your mobitly to decap far or to keep pressure on mid and home.

Normally I run virtues/honor/valor with gs and SC/f, but I’ve been testing cities/valor/dh with lb and sw/f but it’s crazy offensive and I prefer the survive of my old build cause I get in a lot of 1v2 or 3s and I find I do ablot more strafing then getting the job done. Just want some opinions should I run the build I feel most comfortable and loose effectiveness or should I do something that feels foren for better effectiveness?

I’ve been wanting a food up to date app that lets you access your bank, inventory, guild chat, friend chat, black lion and even crafting on the go. A lot of the time I’m out and about or sitting on my work break thinking it’d be great to be able to even craft where ever you want!

OK so I’ve been meaning thief for a very long time and I highly enjoy the s/d game play but I feel the auto attack needs a damage buff or if there is another build that isn’t just steal dependent with the same servive with a bit more damage? I’m not a huge fan of d/p game play but I feel is becoming my only real option for the damage and movement. But all in all does anyone know a strong s/d build that isn’t so steak dependent?
