Yup same here, someone suggested that it might be related to the monthly reset.

Although I doubt they will, if they make it an unlimited master’s level kit at 3c per use, that would be the best deal they’ve offered for any of the unlimited use items. At the current cost of around 48.4g, it would only take around 22 months for it to start paying for itself (for me). The more rares you salvage, the better it gets, since you’re saving 58c per use. Personally, I use around 1 mystic kit per month for rares and 2, maybe 3 basic kits a day, where maybe 50% of those uses are on greens.

If they come out and say it’s intended, especially at 3c per use for rares, I’d buy one. Otherwise, it’s as bad as the unlimited gathering tools and the alternate “unlimited” options are far better.

The kit is advertised and sold as a basic kit with unlimited uses at 3c per use. If they come out and admit there was a bug with salvaging caused by a recent change that affected the kit and then fix it, the original product still hasn’t changed.

IMO at the basic level it is far worse then the gathering tools. You only save .52c per salvage, and unlike gathering tools, it does not provide any unique animation.

Hi, so today I encountered and tracked down a mailing bug that has caused me to lose items before. This bug really upsets me because how damaging it can be if you are not paying attention(and it isnt that hard to replicate).

So the bug:
1. Open up the mail dialog and enter in a username to send the mail
2. Go to your inventory right click an item, and click mail item to.
3. Look at the username the mail will be sent to
ANET thinks you meant to say ‘Hey I know I opened up the mail dialog and specifically entered someones name, but I think you really want to send it to the person closest to you, so I changed who it will be sent to’

Note: I did not investigate if this also occurs if you manually drag the item.

I was playing crab toss today and noticed a bug where if toss the crab to someone with aegis(or any other way to block the toss), the crab disappears and one of two things can happen:
1.Far more often the crab disappears and is counted as “dead”, the NPC will toss a new crab into the ring.
2.Sometimes, the tossed crab will not disappear, but is still counted as “dead”, the NPC will toss a new crab, causing 2 crabs to be in the ring.
