4 mins of black screen and im in character page….now for another 5/10min to get in gamr…winter ridge
they are replacing the string that connects the servers
must be back up as im logging in and have the black screen for last 2 min…another 2/10 to go as normal i guess

is that on charcter section and sfter selected when your loading charcter…as i have same problem…i wait for like 10/20 mins sometimes and eventually i get in…some times it does hang though…oh and yes i have to do a hard boot …tak manager will not shut gw2 down

guys if your unable to get past loading screens either char or selection wait for 10/20 mins..its taken me that long to get in and some times i can hear the sound and the graphics then take ages to appear.

dont understand what you mean by stacking on loading screen?..please explain…but it takes me wbout 2/3 minutes for me to get to character select screen and then another 2/3 minutes soemntimes to get into game and some times i get in game and its soooooo laggy its fynny….i then have to teleport and the lag goes away….some times i have to reboot the computer as it wont get into game or charcter select screena nd theres no way to cancel…..if you alt delete to bring up task manager and cancel game from there it can not do it….and shutting down will hang so soft boot it takes
