A friend of mine bought 1 for his brother and has the same issue, also EU payment with Paypal.

I dont think payment method is the issue. I bought it with a paysafe card and didnt get one either. The bot sending the mails must be overloaded with so many people buying the game but forgetting to put in codes….

I decided to buy a second account since it was 75% off. I paid via paysafe card and got 2 e-mails afterwards. The one was to tell me that my request has been submitted the second said account confirmation. The e-mail was thanking me for my purchase and there was a link for “Register your account” . There it asks for the serial code which is not included in the mail. My friend who also bought the game said the serial code was in that e-mail but it is missing from mine. Am i doing something wrong?
