We work very hard to help every legitimate player get back onto his/her account. And we will continue to do so. If we make an error, we will own up to that and make it right. (Hence the entire existence of the “Tickets for Review” thread — another means to ensure we do help legitimate players!) It might seem weird but reading this made me more relieved, the silence was really bothering me and this has certainly made me more calm and re-assured that I will get my account back now when support gets to my ticket. Thank you for taking your time to respond here

Guildy of mine was banned earlier on Tuesday with same reason, and it still hasn’t been resolved. Now this afternoon all players in Cursed Shore including myself, that i’ve even chatted with during group events/dungeons were also hit with ‘bot/macro/afk ban’
Just hoping this gets fixed asap in time for the event this week =[
i was farming in shelters gate as well as i always farm in orr and i was also banned with the message that i was botting / using 3rd party program – this is pretty ridiculous i’ve been playing this game since it came out and i have farmed in orr for weeks to get gold for possibly a legendary item. i think it’s really unfair that they are arbitrarily banning people who obviously do not bot – ps i am also a guild leader who is active in the game and people know i’m not a bot… ps – also in server sanctum of rall. so whoever is doing the screening for our server is obviously doing a horrible job. a guild mate also got banned for no reason like 2 days ago its really unfair
Also from SoR…this is ridiculous, how they thought this banning system would be a good idea is unknown to me….banning people for farming/being in the same place as bots is so stupid I can’t express how idiotic it is.
Hello myself and 2 guildies from Sanctum of Rall reporting in , we just got hit with the ban as well during shelter event! We’re on the side of against bots not being them!

How about removing the “buy” button from armor not able to used by your profession? Due to a server lag my game continued scrolling down the list after I clearly clicked buy on an item but received heavy armor instead of the medium armor i was hoping for. Opened up a ticket hoping for my item to be refunded but i doubt it will be resolved. Hopefully this prevents future issues for others, as it is a discouraging feeling .0
