A summoning stone, to be able to summon players to your side. Only Works out of combat and is asura made btw
Note: summoning stone highly unstable. Use at own risk. During various tests, subject summoned a mother-in-law.
What kind of attacks does the mother-in-law have?
Any speculation on what the recipe of Geode,Piece of Ambrite, Mystic Coin and Quartz Crystal might be? I’m wondering if I should hold on to my Geodes for now.
What I want most from gem store is an axe and a sickle that gives me something extra like the Watchwork Mining Pick. I had the other infinite gather tools and bought the Watchwork Mining Pick just for the bonus drop. I don’t even care what the bonus is maybe a increase to gather rarer items or extra gathers (I get 4 or kittens rather than 3 from non-rich nodes every once and a while).
I’m almost 100% someone else has said this, but when I searched for it I found nothing. What I would like to see is a collection view window or tab that you can open anywhere in the world. Make it like Trading Post, if you are not at the bank you can’t take stuff out. Since we can deposit to collection from inventory, I would love to know what I have in there while I am farming mats. It would help me know what things I need more of and what I am almost at a full stack of. I have no idea if this would be possible, but I think it would be useful.
I am someone who enjoys crafting in pretty much every game I play. I have almost maxed out all my crafts and bought very few mats from TP. With that said I would love to be able to see what I have in my collectables bank while I am out in the field. Two reasons for this. 1) I like to know if I am close to having a full stack of 250 or on the other side if I have 0 of a certain material. 2) If I find a Karma vendor selling food in bulk I know how much I already have. Kinda off topic, but I think that doubloons should go into the collectables tab, talking about collectable made me think of that.
My second suggestion I think I saw someone else make, but that is to have recipes unlock on the account level. I have 5 characters, 3 have made it to 80 and can use the celestial recipes. I honestly don’t want those, but I would like to know what recipes I already know, so I can sell the others that drop. There are times when I am running around and find vendors with new recipes. Even when they are low level recipes I buy them. Like I said I like to craft. Even if the unlock itself wasn’t account wide the recipe could denote something like “[character name] already knows this”. if you have more than one characters that know it, then the code just picks one at random.
Good, I wasn’t the only one who woke up this morning wondering if the patch happened while I slept.
Example on Warrior:
Sub-class 1: Knight – Increases boon duration by 20%. Exclusive traits and skills
Sub-class 2: Berserker – Increases adrenaline gain of hits. Exclusive traits and skills. What you think?
I think the Anet already said they wouldn’t do that. I could be wrong. I think its kinda cool, but at the same time I feel like that would have to be something permanent so you wouldn’t switch between the skills. I think they want to keep builds open to change.
Tornado changes to Whirlpool underwater.
I was just talking about this, they use to have a polarm in the game during beta, but they took it out. It will be a little while before we get other weapons. They are adding the new skills after all.
Polearm….
Halberd
Spear
Pike
Glaive
Pollaxe
NaginataThese are by definition, not magical weapons, so why would only the Scholar professions be using them? I could see any class using any one of these, especially since some classes could use them like a Martial(close range) weapon, some classes could use them to throw like a Javelin, or both at the same time. Some classes would use them like its a Magic weapon (like how the mesmer uses greatswords). I guess Anet will tell us when they feel like putting them in the game.
I wasn’t saying just scholar professions would use it, I was thinking more like a monk’s style of fighting. If they were to use them in I could see all the professions using them in some way.
I think it would be nice if the single sigil just increased by a % for being on a 2 hand weapon. Like if you had a 30% chance to burn on crit it increased to 45% (I figure a 50% increase is fair for forfeiting a second slot)
I can agree with this. I think anything that can be used as currency like badges and tokens should have some place to store them.
Elementalist
Mesmer
Necromancer
Anyone else interested in seeing this come back into the game?http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Polearm
I imagine it to be a very fast 2 hand weapon. I can see pretty much the Scholar professions spinning this thing around…just my input.
I have had that happen a few times, all different mobs. I was having an issue with skritt where I got no experience after killing them. I’m not sure if its all related.
The skritt in the caves are not counting as kills. They are spawning like crazy after you kill them too. I stood still and must have killed 20 of them as they charged me… none of those counted as kills, the veterans counted for my daily vet kills, but not for daily kills in general. Pretty much the only reason I noticed was because my sigil of bloodlust and daily were not counting them, but as soon as I killed a centaur outside the cave it counted. I was really hoping on getting more shinies…
I can not seem to get it to activate, so I can’t enter the instance. Has this been going on for a while? I also noticed that in the fields of ruin you still cannot buy anything from the crafting merchants. I’m not big on complaining too much, but wouldn’t it be better to fix what is broken than to add new things that might break the game more? Just saying…
I cant buy supplies there. At first I didn’t think much of it, but I have been running round there for a bit and it’s a starting to bother me that I cant buy stuff from the Master Crafters.
