Still have issues with FPS and lag. When first logging on the FPS is at the normal level then as soon as I move my character it drops dramatically. I’m running W10 on a desktop with Nvidia gpu 980 TI. I’m monitoring the FPS and it varies from 1 to 88, when stationary it’s fine when I rotate it drops. Big population maps are worse. Altering video quality has little effect on FPS which it should or did in the past. Best performance would give me 120+ FPS

That response – thank you. At least you’ve managed to explain part of the problem… What used to be infinite is “no longer” at least in the awarding of AP’s. I’ll continue to monitor other achievements and see if points get awarded – still not happy missing out on Loyalty chest, that’s something that could have been fixed.

Chest of Loyalty – my situation is worse.

Logged on to delete a 2nd necro character I had created. Sold and salvaged everything I could from the character then deleted it – did not accept the daily reward chest. I logged on on my main char after that and the daily chest was gone, not only that, the Loyalty chest was lit up on the watch list as the next chest available (I believe I was 2 days away from that chest being available). As I logged on over successive days the daily reward system had reset twice and I totally missed the opportunity for the Loyalty chest.

I lodged a game bug report and also support ticket on the first day when I deleted the character. I continued to complete my dailies and was doing a lot of dungeon runs to not only get the dungeon weapon and armour with tokens earned, but also the achievement points – as I was approaching the 20k chest I was keeping a close eye on progress.

The hobby dungeon completion logo appeared but I noticed that my achievement points still did not progressed, same also happened with agent of enthropy achievements – AP total did not advance. I also completed exotic hunter spending considerable gold and my AP total still remained unchanged (apart from dailies).

The only AP I am getting is from dailies, no other achievements are currently registering and I missed the opportunity for the Loyalty chest – OK I’m pizzed off!

I have followed up with responses to GW support as I received them advising there was still an issue. The current response form GW support is….

Has anyone got any ideas or experienced a similar issue?? What do I do now?? If I’m not going to get any AP other than dailies, what’s the point continuing???
