If you get autobalanced with the repair kit in the Battle of Kyhlo you’ll still have the now-enemy repair kit. If you drop it it’ll be stuck in the spawn since you can’t pick it back up.
Swap 2nd and 3rd downed skill.

I’ve suggested this before as well but that might be a bit too strong, just give us a lightning flash teleport like thief.
I sure do love fighting mesmer/necro/rangers and not being able to target them and forced to go through tab targeting and possibly skipping because im in to much of a hurry of my already short time frame to grab someone.
Better change: replace 2nd downed skill with something of value
I really hope at some point the illusions get pushed over to utilities only, because when you fight more than 1 mesmer it QUICKLY becomes a real headache figuring out just how many people you’re fighting and which are real.
I doubt it though.
While this is mostly an issue in WvW. Nothing says “haha, bet you wish you were a mesmer right now” than having to defend something against a large group of enemies who keep going back through a portal to heal to full because they have 1-2 mesmers with them.
There isnt any explaination as to why this is obnoxious since only 1 of the 8 classes can do it.
i’m running the 25% endurance gain on arcane / signet activation along with the vigor on crits and increased endurance while channeling with dagger/dagger. I pop my combo fields out, dodge roll once in fire, swap to water/air and doge roll, swap to earth and pop arcane wave + blast and then earthquake + churning earth.
Its a relatively complex combo but i can get 21 stacks of might in about 5 seconds to everyone around me when i do it. i havent used it much in PVP though so no comment there ):
They could at least make the immobize have a 1/4th second daze to prevent a stomp
It isn’t a bug. Vapor form literally brings you up and down again. So if you do too many vapor forms in a row you will be insta-killed when the vapor form downs you again.
And I don’t agree with swapping 2 and 3 because then we’d be left with a completely useless skill but it is on a longer cool down, making it even more useless. I’d rather have a non-useless skill to replace 2.
they could make that skill better and tweak vapor form. as it is the current downed skills for ele arent helping them at all in pvp, since every other class can delay being stomped without a pet or nearby ally
The strongest point with a elementalists is they have the most powerful downed abilities. Sure they are useless 90% of the time but if you down another opponent at the exact same time or even a few seconds after he downs you then you will come out victorious because your mist form resets your down meter to 50%. Your elemental also doesn’t go away while downed so be sure to use that ice elemental!
Are we playing the same game? i know it resets your downed meter to 50% but honestly i think that may be a bug
I don’t even think i need to explain why this would be better, but an immobilze rarely does anything to prevent the ele from being downed. If they were more durable i’d understand why it isnt the 2nd already, but eles are anything but durable.
i only have a small guild that a friend and me are in right now, so it might be more worth it to just join one of the previously mentioned, but feel free to PM me.
The title really is self explainatory. When a commander decides to do the jumping puzzle the puzzle becomes completely controlled by that team for an indeterminable amount of time ((usually once they’re bored)) some people enjoy doing the puzzle to get a small little boost but if the serious intention for the WvW jumping puzzles is for a team to control them to prevent players from getting a reward for fun then maybe they should just be removed?
This is besides the fact that it obviously draws away from the players actually working on taking objectives in WvWvW. Though i’m not sure if they’re counted towards the player count or not

Why does only one class have that skill? other classes should have it too if its going to be that groundbreaking
It’s Kind of annoying to be in the fire attunement for -insert length longer than 5 seconds- then to swap out and see the “15 second” cooldown or w/e unless you have arcana specced. i feel like right now eles are being forced into the arcana tree to attunement swap more.
It’d probably be a better idea to increase the attunement recharge a few seconds maybe but make it where it gets reduced a second every 2-4 seconds you’re in the attunement, to a minimum of course.
