Guild Wars 2

My account got hacked the other day but managed to gain access with changing the password and just keep trying to log in .

support was really good and got back to me within the day and then changed my world back. luckily nothing was taken and they was just playing on my character :/ .

Have hope and good luck with getting it back.

I have just been to log onto my account via the Guild Wars 2 client, it said my password was wrong which i have saved to the client so it is never changed. I then changed my password and managed to gain access to my account, I then tried to go onto one of my characters which when i do it comes up “Client lost its connection with the server (code=7:11:3:189:101)” . I then tried another charater which when i tried to get on it said “Another client was used to connect to this Guild Wars 2 account (code=35:5:1:811:101)”

Although on my charater preview nothing has changed in appearance BUT the world has changed from Seafare’s Rest to Gunnar’s Hold. Also the area of map has changed which i was in.

If need any more information then please ask.

Edit My connection is fine so the first error does not make any sense.
