Unfortunately, once your account is blacklisted, I have never heard of a case where Anet reversed it. This is because it costs real money for Anet to have to deal with chargebacks. They take a loss on the amount disputed, and also take a loss on merchant creditcard fees for such a reversal. This isn’t a case of a simple “oops”. There are consequences for all the businesses involved, from Anet, to the merchant, as well as your bank that disputed your claim.
Well, I have wrote a long email explaining exverything to NCSOFT fraud, submitted a long a descriptive support ticket. This is about all I can do and hope everything will pan out ok. But I have my doubts unfortunately. Anyway a ArenaNet Employee would help ease my headache at the moment of the tremendous stress I have caused myself through this issue. Thanks.
link to it please?
Hi All,
So basically I occasionally buy gems through the gemstore to get like an infinite pick or something like that. Recently on my bank statement I saw charges to DRI ARENA which I did not recognize because usually the charges for gems are NCSOFT or something along those lines. So I called up my bank lodged a dispute and after further research I found out that the description and company info might have changed for Arena Net when buying gems or things through NCSOFT. So I rang up my bank and tried to cancel this dispute, But to find out it had already been logged and completed and apparently the funds will be put back into my account. But with further research I found people that accidentally do this get the account banned straight up…with all the hours I have put into the game I would be devastated if that happened can someone shine some light onto this subject please, Maybe a ArenaNet employee please? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
HAHAHAHA complaining about DR and then golem rushing us… golf clap FC well done… tools.
next time you wonder why DR hits you also on a regular basis.. .its stuff like this.
No don’t you dare play the victim card!!
You guys sided with SF and gave SF the advantage, had you put a fair fight against SF held your own stuff for abit, then when SF died in the week, maybe we could have rammed SF to the depths of the abyss. But no you fell for the old big guy allies with small guy to take on the other medium guy, the big guy gets the lead and flips the table on the small guy, and then takes the cake home for himself. Now DR and SF will both pay one way or another, if we need points and SF is holding I am sorry DR but you had your chance, now hand those points over!
So what I am hearing here is a lot of rage mate, maybe you should step back and have a look at your tactics ok. 1). it takes an 80 man blob to defend t3 bay….mean time you drop to 55 PPT, in the 2 hours you defended bay with your pointless and failure portal bombs (lucky superior AC had your back in the end). 2). In that time the bay siege went you could have capped towers/keeps on other BL’s or maybe use that thing in your head (a brain) and come and hit the opposing sides BL…you need to step back and look at the bigger picture, your but hurt over a loss in PPT but that is your own fault! I like to call all of this tunnel vision. Instead of focusing on kittening about off DR and SF are team up me wah wah, maybe you should take a couple of minutes to think things through and use co-ordination with what your movements are…PPT doesn’t go up depending if the keep is t1 or t3 so if your drop to a low PPT then maybe its time to think over about moving BL’s and letting the zerg train take part of what they want…in the mean time you could be up to 100+PPT instead of 55PPT, in the end all I am saying is…..LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE.
@Ynot.8397 I see what you are saying there, maybe if your server didn’t run the float the blob from BL to BL to just hold one objective like today and focus on the bigger picture then maybe the but-hurt maybe not as bad as it is. But while you float 30+ people to one borderland to protect a t3 keep and drop to an amazing 55 PPT I say GG mate.
