Ahh bull…those guys are never helpfull.
Petitioning them is a pointless endevour.

Oh well I learned my lesson.

I guess ill just salvage it.

I accidentally purchase an ascalon dungeon items ..cost me 300 something tears…
But i didn’t notice it was the leather version…I cant wear it…cant even give it to my other char…is it possible to return it and get my tears back.

Finally..someone who notice that this is a bad dungeon design.

I mean sometimes I spend 30mins…then just were about to do the last event or final boss..

Bam…the guy that started the instance lag or dc…then were gone…all booted out of the dungeon….30mins wasted..

Bad dungeon design is Bad.

1. seriously…you can’t be serious………………with the internet the way it is….and the server the way it is…THERE IS NOT SUCH THING AS A REALIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION.
So fix this kitten …. so we dont get booted out of the dungeon everyone we LAG and DC.

2. That is not a pro tip……..If I am the one that enter the dungeon and I am the one lagging …The entire group suffer….THERE IS REALLY NO REASON WHY EVERYONE GETS BOOTED When the guy that started the dungeon get DC or LEAVE.

ITS BAD DUNGEON DESIGN………..

1…When you get disconnected…you teleported out of the dungeon…such a kitten waste of time…you cant even join your group because you cant use the waypoint now when they are in combat…..

2…When the person that started the dungeon leave ….everyone get booted out.

- so were just about to kill the boss…person that started leave or dc or whetever….now all of the effort is wasted.

-person that started the group get dc…or offline…cannot even replace him…or boot him or dungeon reset..

FIX THIS BEFORE YOU ADD MORE STUPID CONTENT.

This is annoying…You suspended my account for using a name that you allow “Pimp” which is not even offensive since it is use as a slang for “impressive” or “good”..whats worst is that you didn’t even just ask me to change the name…you just suspend the account without warning……

Customer service in this game is pathetic.

Even blizzard isn’t this bad.

Hey it said my account is suspended for naming policy..
What the heck. The only name that could come close is “Pimp”
Pimp is not offensive word. It means GOOD like " you have a pimp car" or “you are so pimp”. Its a common slang that means impressive. Heck they even have a show thats called “pimp my car”.

Anyway if you dont like us using the word “pimp” GO add it to the naming policy and block us from using it.

Regardless . Normally when they dont like a name ,they just ask us the change it.

Please Unsuspend my account So I can change the name and unban my account.

Go Use your time more on banning bots.

Anyway screw the cooldown or the cast time ..that is not the point.

Im not asking they they remain until they die…

Im asking they they remain until your out of combat…SEE THE DIFFERENCE.

That way you can actually use them for their intended purpose in AOE situation.

So your suggestion is to deal with it….when a certain combat mechanic doesn’t work well you make suggestion so it improves…YOU DONT JUST DEAL WITH IT.

I don’t know what you consider short cast time and short cooldowns…but i think they are long..

Anyway that’s not the main issue..

The issue is that they get wasted constantly in aoe situation cuz they dissapear the second your target dies…

Hell half the time they dont even manage to do their animation in aoe situation.

Ok so i started a mester..enjoying it a bit.

Now I know all classes have problems since i tried them all so i wont ask about the mesmer weekness..

However do you guy have any plans to make is so that the phantasm don’t disappear the second the enemy got killed..

I am finding it really annoying specially when fighting more than 1 enemy where I summon a phantasm only for it disappear and get wasted because my main target is dead.

This is especially frustrating during aoe situation where I summon phantasm warden or phantasm berserker ….This guys are made for AOE ..but you cant really use them for it..cuz they dissapear the second your main target dies…such a waste..

I mean they have long cast time..long cooldown…at least make them stay and do their job until the fight is done or until they die.

Another Suggestion is to simply give them a timer…like 1 min or something before they dissapear..

I notice that many of the items, mobs ,environment seems to suddently have chinese characters written on it….
