The “refunded” ones may be account bound. Much like the PvP ones currently are.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the refunded ones follow the same. It would be very logical to have them that way.
Yep, that’s why I stopped after buying couple of duplicated blue dyes because if it’s unknown then risk is too huge even if rare dyes would double in price and even if I had a refund for all 188 blue dyes it’s uncertain if I get any good rares form acc bound unids.
Not that long ago I had about 250 acc bound dyes from pvp and when I opened it, there wasn’t even black or white dye.From what I understand only the same dye used across multiple characters is getting refunded as unidentified dye. If you have 188 blue dyes sitting in your bank it wont do you anything.

I’ve been playing since the start and, prior to that, had it preordered longer than I care to admit and have loved it ever since! Can’t beat free-to-play monthly either. The graphics are beautiful, the world is fun to explore, and the community is consistently one of the nicest and most helpful (I believe) that there is.
People have offered some pretty good advice as to which class to run in fractals. I would just like to add that I run fractals for fun and at any level. There are some groups out there that are pretty hardcore with their fractal-ing. I have one of every profession at level 80 and they have a variety of different builds. I know what each of them can do and I tend to pick based on what my party needs. If I see my party has plenty of support I may pick something with more damage. By the same token, if I see my party is full of squishies I’ll grab a tank to help take some of the pressure off of them. Play what you enjoy and happy hunting everyone!

During my personal story quest line, I reached a point where I could not progress any further. When I needed to Rescue the crew of the Windfall I found that they were not possible to resurrect like they should have been. I hope this gets fixed.
