Having the same issue. First, I couldn’t post to the TP, then I tried relogging and then couldn’t log back in.

I bought 250 gems via the currency exchange and received the gems. I then spent the 250 gems on 5 mystic forge stones. This was my first gem purchase. I saw the notification that gem purchases would be delivered by mail so that any character could pick up the purchase. However, that mail never came, and I never received the mystic forge stones despite having the 250 gems deducted.
