engineer? i hate engineers. i dont know if theyre good at conditions, i just know that i have issues with em existing at all lol
Sylvari revenant- current main main, trying to get map completion, pvp, doing living world season 2 then HoT, also only toon i wvw on which is still rare. mostly just pve for story/crafting and pvp
Sylvari thief: first main and first toon, kinda kicked him to the curb when HoT came out since pvp has always been my main thing in mmos and hot wrecked thieves. originally started playing gw1 due to critically acclaimed pvp. but yeah i only log on to my thief since hot came out to just use his weaponsmithing :’(
human mesmer: strictly pvp atm, looove pvping on mes. pre hot and hot. once im done w living world and HoT story on rev, i’ll probably do it on mes next. unless maybe they make thieves not worthless, then my thief will go up in priority above my mes. i’m sure thieves are still decent at pve but i can’t play a class thats underpowered honestly. especially a thief whose role i feel best fits pvp and wvw and thats what got nerfed on em. sorry im rambling about muh thief
but i also have one of every other class at varying levels between 15 and 50. next one i’ll level to 80 will probably be my norn female ele and then my charr male necro. i dont see my warr, guard, rangwr or engi getting playtime within the next year or two lol (so, probably never)

A laptop is never good for gaming, buy a tower – cheaper and better components, upgradable. To play GW2 with max details on you don’t need a good pc anyways.

how are you making fun of a skill being called something its not?
and invocation is kitten good but of course it cant replace herald, you just cant replace elite spec on any good class
also holy kitten would you actually play without that one facet herald gives u ? like an idiot?
even without glint, u need herald for that facet
i run viper rev and i have tons of fun with it in solo queue
(viper rev is condi rev)
but honestly power shiro is probably better for solo queue because glint boons
support roles are technically best for solo queue, but can fall apart if your team is not worth supporting
i like condi rev because if my team sucks at dps and holding points, i can win 2v1s and carry my team
but yeah theres your pros and cons between the only two rev builds
Real cool build, helped me make my new build that I am loooving and is helping me destroy solo queue
couple things I want to say though
1. condition damage? do you hate doing damage as a mesmer? we have no condi rn
2. signets are ridiculous. you know kitten well that wells and blink and decoy are 10000% better
otherwise, a mighty fine build
im running a similar/viable one with dueling instead of illusions
so ive got dueling/inspiration/chrono
the condi cleanse and heal on shatter + the second block and extra clones from scepter has my sustain waaaay too high
i admit i wish i had the extra phantasm casting from illusions but dueling has dodge clones and my chrono grandmaster trait is the one where my phantasms resummon on shatter
so basically: thanks for reminding me of scepter/shield and inspiration traits
