Agreed and Mesmer portals should disappear if placed in a keep or tower that doesn’t belong to your team and doesn’t have a wall or gate breached
There should be a reward it should just diminish if you farm them for say more then 5 times in a certain time period or something like that.
WvWvW as it stands isn’t balance if each team does have the same amount of players, the current outmanned buff doesn’t help in anyway it might as well not even exist in its current form.
I have a few ideas most if which I have got from other threads on the forums.
1. Make the outmanned buff actualy buff the power lvl(stats) of each player and maybe even siege engines and guards of the outmanned team.
2. Place a lot more guards on outmanned teams forts, towers and camps and maybe increase there hp, this would make steamrolling slower and more of a challenge.
3. Decrease the stats of the team or teams that are not outmanned,
4. Decrease the amount of supply needed to build sieges and maybe increase there dmg for outmanned teams
5. Add a incentive to transfer to servers that are outmanned most of the time( not a great idea but may help server balance and would definitely help ques on big servers)
6. Add a visible icon for anyone not in wvwvw to tell the which borderlands are outmanned( this is something I feel should definitely be out in place) along side of this there should be a bonus for joining said borderland
If anyone else has any sensible ideas post them here and I’ll add them to my list along with your name and hopefully some of our ideas get implemented
Yeah I completely agree, very few people bother guarding dolyaks anymore because most of the random people in wvwvw ( not in guild groups) have the common sense to realise that keeps etc need the supplies brought through to them, put simply people don’t see the reward themselves the only reward is it the team
I hope they start balancing more seriously soon. The DPS difference is grating, especially on champions as a condition build.
Another person who thinks all classes should do the same dps…… this isnt like any other mmo please stop expecting the same crap you get everywhere else
Oh dear that post is mostly just whining, when will people understand that this game is about team balance not 1v1 balance, Necros are extreamly powerful in groups we provide alot of debuffs and combo fields, meaning other classes can take advantage of this and kill the enemy team easier.
Yes i know we have alot of broken traits etc but the amount of crying happening that necros are the worst class in the game is just pathetic and frankly wrong.
This is most likely why these posts are not being replied to by anet because frankly would you listen to a whiny little kid who is only whining because they expect all classes to be as powerful as eachother. That is not what guildwars2 is about it wasnt what guildwars 1 was like.
Please everyone stop asking for buffs to bring us upto the same 1v1 abilitys as say warriors etc it wont happen and shouldnt happen.
And tbh if played properly its entirely possible for a necro to kill anyone 1v1 if they are skilled enough, the person who posted that wall of text obviously is one of the people that just expects another wow clone

Works pretty well, would obviously work better if minions wernt so dumb and buggy, But even with the bugs etc it works really well i rarely have any trouble killing anything.
I tried 30 points in death magic over the 30 in blood but i found that the death nova trait for the minions really isnt that great compared to being almost immune to conditions. Also ive used this build in story mode dungeons and did fine, not sure its viable for explore mode tho havnt bothered trying that yet as i decided to start leveling my gaurdian until the necros minions are fixed a little
