2. switch to chat, type something in chat
3. switch back to TP window

Critical Damage is added to the default 1.5x bonus (rather than multiplied). For example, +50% Critical Damage results in 2.0x critical hits.

According his rule it seems that mechanic will work like:
105( base dmg plus 5%dmg )* 1.5 = 157.5
100* 1.55 ( base crit mult. plus 5% ) = 155
Im shocked, if it works so then +crit damage useless stat.

Upping your magic find solves this issue. If you gear up correctly you can get far better drops. Using Magic find boosters from chests can help too
- 100% MF, in Orr, only 78-80 blues plus t4-t5 crafting plus junk same rule for dungeons. Am i unlucky ?
Sledge – all skills used PvE \ PVP
Axe – all skills used PvE \ PVP
Sword – all skills used PvE \ PVP
Mace – all skills used PvE \ PVP
Great Sword – only 3 skills used…
Great Axe – oh wait… there are no great axes in game…
So it would be nice if we can utilize all skills in combat for each weapon. Also this topic not about only GS, this topic about all weapons and related skills because at this moment most usefull with most effectivness is Sledge, which goes to top with its dmg output and loads of CC
You cant, since when they come into stealth then pops out – full hp, even if they were in like 200hp before. Stopm + bull rush with few burst skill cant hadle them. Was fighting with thief for like 15 mins, he cant kill me and i cant kill him because of endless healing. It seems that thiefs a lil bit broken if you know how to use this class.
I think one of the reasons they did that nerf to the dungeon runs was to prevent people from consistently farming the same path over and over just because it’s the easiest. That would have prevented people from being able to complete the more difficult paths due to players being unwilling to run alternate paths. I don’t think the nerf applies if you are doing all the different paths in the dungeons. Someone can correct me on that if I’m wrong, though.
- instead of this not-wise-move they could do valuable reward at the end of the dungeon, with this point problem of farming first boss solved.
Totally agree
The most challenging PvE content like dugeons should or even must reward players for completion, not like now with 1 copper plus few blue / green items for 78-80lv. Incredibly good example right here – Diablo 3, look at it how was ruined this game with same mechanic, when you are spending like 2-3 hours to complete something and getting garbage for it… as for me ill never come there again, i just dont want to waste my time.
Dual Axe plus Sledge way better than GS, anyway i love GS
Weapon skills.
1. As mentioned before, GSword rush pretty useless skill because of it unstability, not working properly at small / mid range. Bull rush with same mechanic working fine i.e. at the end of it players \ mobs taking dmg + stun.
2. GS Handred blades has similar output with Dual Axe but you can move with Axe’s skill on
3. Sledge has too many skills with “channeling” efects which can be interrupted on move.
Utility
Banner ressurect has same description as Ranger’s spirit but working in other way.
Yes you will get full set of armor based on suffix of the box
guild banner + WvW + well organized “warband” = 70k karma in like 3-4 hours
Im wondering why there is no great axes ?
Also pretty srange how different weapons in this type? since 90% low mobility, huge dmg output, alot of CC ( like hammer ) and only greatsword with epic mobility but have no burst skills on-the-move
