Same here – looks like the lightmap from Wintersday is still being used. Thought it was just a local error until I saw reports here.
Am having this issue with all my characters, and have tried on different computers. Every cutscene has randomly missed dialogue (checked by failing story segments and restarting – different dialogue lines fail each time).
This started happening immediately after the last patch.
