Hi,

Since about 4 weeks i have been getting all kind of login issues. The problem has been noted by many other players since that time. Many have started topics about it.
Many have posted screens, error numbers, etc.
But still the problem persists.
Now yesterdays somebody started another topic about it which got closed immediatly by a moderator saying problems have been solved.

I have never ever had login issues upto (around) 4 weeks ago. Changing nothing on my setup.

I´m not here to complain, but pls can you resolve this problem. As stated above it has nothing to do with the “free trial” problem.

What happens:
I try to start the game. After a few minutes of trying to login it gives me a grey popup saying: the client is unable… Error codes range. I have had all kind of error codes. Sometimes the same, sometimes its always a different one.
So i try to login for several minutes (sometimes up to half an hour) And suddenly the game starts. Then the next hurdle is trying to logon with one of my char. Usually it takes upto 3 tries to login with one of them. I get kicked out of the game again and have to start the initial login procedure again.

I´m getting the same problem. As Eowyn nothing has changed on my modem/router/pc. I´ve had a few login problems the last few weeks, but all different errors. Today is the first time this one came up. Thx for the support.

update: now im getting the Error Code: 58:11:5:512. Still no possibilty to login
