I bought a brand new iMac with most max upgrades last Saturday, running Capitan. 16 GB of ram, Intel 6200 graphics card. GW has been crashing constantly in high population areas with the oom error since I got the computer. I never had any issues with my 5 yo macbook pro before, nor do I have any issues running any other games.
I have been talking to support about the crash for a week, and they have had me do a bunch of resets (to a new computer) to things like disc permissions, with no changes. Any time I suggest that it is something with the game and not my computer, they do not address it at all, but just send the next copy and pasted suggestion. They’re even starting to repeat suggestion steps now. This is getting incredibly frustrating.
