thanks! I’m doing story with elementalist now, I used to enjoy ranger pvp, and I play a Ranger/necro hybrid In GW1, might try necro after ranger. I’m familiar with wow hunters and locks, would that translate here?

I am returning to guild wars after a hiatus that started after I preordered hot. I am happy with the single 80 boost, but I haven’t started heart of thorns because I’m trying to get 8 more characters to 80. one is 71, from daily login boosts and the rest are 40 from birthday gifts. I really want to try the elite specs but 250 hp seems daunting after the hot difficulty complaints. I have issues with my hand-eye coordination so dodging those enemies is really hard. I don’t have fine motor skills.
I have owned gw1 since City of heroes was a thing and I have never really made it far in any MMO except Factions but I have to earn my hall rewards. I have never fully beaten a GW1 campaign but I came to it due to its casual nature. Earning the hall of monuments skins seems like too much with 50 minis including black moa and don’t get me started on GWAMM.
I would buy instaboosts on the gem store but I guarantee you people would complain if they were there.
What do I do?

I bought Guild wars years ago. when I log in to download it, it says I haven’t bought it! What?

I go between wow and gw2 frequently so I usually download clients for one game at a time. It’s tedious but that way I’m not stressed over quantity of games on my MacBook Pro If I have only one of the two games on it. I can’t afford to buy wow and gw2 things. So I decide which game is more appealing at the time
It also seems the issue has been fixed for me

good to know I’m not the only one with this issue. hopefully they fix this soon. its annoying.

Why does my guild wars account appear linked ingame but it tells me to buy it on the website? I’ve bought every guild wars dlc pack and the account has been linked to gw2 since launch. Could someone at arena net fix this?

having trouble with the game and completing campaigns, and would love a hall of monuments guide and to play with others who still play this, almost beat factions once but then restarted. the guide on the wiki isn’t all that clear.

gw2:
I’m level 51 looking for a guild and players who can run me through dungeons in core tyria. I’m on sorrows furnace

where can I find a good list of meta builds that follows the April Feature pack system. all the builds I see online follow the pre april system, making them hard to apply them in game.

I want 8 (soon 9) lvl 80 characters, highest is 33
I want to start a well known guild on Sorrow’s Furnace
I want a Dragon rank PvP character
I want to finish The Hall of Monuments on the original Guild Wars game
I want to enter a PvP tournament, like the World Tournament 2014
And I want to finish all the Reward Tracks and Living Story parts

Looking for new friends to help me get started.

I would like to thank ArenaNet and NCSoft for developing two life-enriching Guild Wars games and inspiring Ghosts of Ascalon, the best novel I have read in years! Loving Edge of Destiny! I am a young adult with a crippling case of depression. But today, I felt free from sadness. My day on Friday was a disaster. I had negative thoughts
as the day went on. By the time I went to bed, however, I had a big smile on my face. The Heart of Thorns panel was there when I woke up. I watched the whole thing. I thought about how Guild Wars 2, with that panel, would give me something to work on for months. I was in a great mood all day. After that, things went well. I saw a good friend who spent all afternoon helping me out. I also spoke to a close friend, who offered to potentially go out on dates with me! So I thought I’d delve into PvP and try my hand at the dailies. I won more games today then ever before. I got my Ranger online, and won my first PvP MVP award ever! As a veteran of World of Warcraft, I can say that game is linear and stressful. Not Guild Wars 2! I felt connected to my sylvari today! I finally had my moment of success! I have played many MMO games. Guild Wars 2 has the best community to date. I can say now that Guild Wars 2 is my favorite game ever! I have never played a BETA before Guild Wars 2 that was worth my time. This game in BETA was the best game I have played in years. I have never felt such a sense of achievement as I did today. I did not feel depressed today, and I owe it to Guild Wars 2. At a time where I am constantly saddened and plagued by apathy and boredom, I now have a passion and purpose in life. Thanks ArenaNet, and thank you Guild Wars 2, you have made an excellent gaming experience. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I will love playing the Revenant and will buy an extra character slot, so it will sit with all of my eight other characters. Share the love!

Thinking each of the 5 current races could have unique racial heritage class options
Human: Godspeaker?: uses skills based around the six gods, has Tranquility and Ascension (condi buffs), buffs to racials
Charr: Apparitionist: Ritualist/Engineer combo with Ghost hunting tech
Norn: Skald/Bard specializing in group Support using music, Think aion songweaver
Asura: Constructomancer: Pet/Engi combo class for up close melee
Sylvari: Oracle: Shouts like guardian, switches between light and shadow skills similar to elementalist

Only race ive got that isn’t tengu is Liberated Mordrem, like Wildstar space zombie thing I guess

I currently play Elementalist but here’s the scoop. I need a guild that:

*Plays all aspects of the game (Story, Dungeons, WvW, sPvP, and Leveling)
*Is active every day
*Effectively spends Influence
*Is LGBT-Friendly
*Has Players in Boston, MA
*Has Players who are Mature, preferably ages 21-32
