R U srs , did u even think about the Cool Downs!! do u know that even trash mobs with their shovel can interrupt churning earth ! and a player can easily move way from its aoe without even the need for dodging or interrupting it !

Yes it would be viable.
But u need some vitality and toughness gear. u can also use vit/crit and vit/condition
I use 15,15,10,20,10 to get Soothing Disruption & Cleansing Wave traits. and its works great with D/D.
