Southeast of Wraithwalker Woods of Bloodtide Coast. I encountered this waypoint last night on Borlis Pass. There were no enemies in sight when I arrived, yet it is conflicted. There is one or two risen near it (before entering and after leaving) — killing them makes no difference. There are two NPCs that are alive, and chatting.
Free an order of whispers agent from pirates event bugged
Fisherman Carter’s related Renown Heart quest appears to be completed, though I have not done so. He gives the spiel that it has not been completed, but will not accept Pirate Outfits. The quest does not appear as in progress in the tracking area. Seems to be the same on many servers. I’ve seen this on Borlis Pass.
