I have talked to my bank infact 3 times now, and they have not, I repeat not flagged you guys as a high risk in my bank and blocked further transactions..

It is in your system the issue is.
PLEASE HELP ME!
I have tried everything, and even ordered a new visa and mastercard today.

PLEASE GIVE ME A 24 HOUR WINDOW ATLEAST TO BUY GEMS!.

Hello all. THis is just a nightmare. today i got respons after waiting since last monday. I have stated clearly that I have talked to my bank 2 times to check if they have blocked any further transactions towards bying gems.
If they have seen it as high risk, but they have not.

Today i got a reply, and ofc it will not help me at all. i have talked to my bank about this issue as STATED.

Now i give up, and ordered my selv a new visa card and new mastercard to see if it will work then.

Here is what support told me:

I apologize for the delay in our response; we have an unusually high ticket volume which we are working through as quickly as possible.

After reviewing your account, we have found that your purchase attempts were declined by your financial institution. When this happens, we are not given a reason of the decline. Please contact the financial institution for information about the refusals. Once you have resolved the issue with your financial institution, try to make your purchase again. You should have no further issue.

Please let us know if you need any further information.

I have a issue with credid card declined.
I want you to remove me as high risk(or give me a 24 hour window to give you money)

I have tried 2 visa cards and both through paypal.
I have also talked to my bank to times to check if they have blocked you guys out in terms of high risk. they have not.

The problem is on your system.
Please help me out!

Hello. Please help me out with a 24hour window so i can buy as many gems as i need. I’ve been locked out for a week now. Pretty sure I am flagged by your system as high risk.

I have tried my visa, my wife’s visa, both trough paypal and checked with my bank if they have blocked you out, but they haven’t.

I’ve stopped playing the game, and will not play until this is fixed. I know many like me out there is freaking out cause of this so i will as many others link what they told me:

I bought gems earlier this week, then the day after i was declined. (maybe i am registered as a high risk in arenanet system) as i have read some people talk about this issue.

I have as many tried my own, and my wife’s visa card maybe 50 times. called my bank and checked all kinds of issues.

I’m showing on Sept 11, your card was refused many times which is why sales have become unavailable. It’s possible your bank doesn’t like us, you should contact them and make sure they are not declining before any whitelist is made.

Blackfoot, you are most likely correct. because the first time i bought gems it worked fine. i bought as many as i could(4000 i think) 2 times. then the next day i was declined.

Todays maintance did not fix this issue. we are thousands that want to buy gems and trade for gold or items. This is not working for thousands of us. Please fix this issue asasp.
