Guild Wars 2

So I couldn’t find any other kind of post about this, but basically like the title says, it seems that our Guild Hall music is kinda bugged out.

It will play all the songs and register them in the Guild Panel screen except for one. It wont let us keep the music for Caverns on. At first I thought it was taking a while to load on the Guild Panel but it became apparent when after everyone had left the Hall, one of us would come back to it playing the song we had picked before selecting Caverns. So if I had selected Rata Sum’s music before selecting Caverns, it would still say Rata Sum in the Guild Panel and once I, or another member, came back to an empty hall, it would be playing Rata Sum.

Also, what was just found out when typing this up is that only the Leaders in the guild can actually change the music. The other Rank that we have allowed to change the music in permissions can select songs, but it wont register in guild and only they can hear the change.

I don’t know if any other guilds have this issue, or it might just be ours, but i thought i’d make a post incase anyone was also having any music related issues.

TLW is a friendly PvX guild who is hoping to branch out more and meet more people. We are mainly PvE, with dungeons and fractal runs and other shenanigans but we also enjoy PvP and will occasionally go in for WvW for a run or so. We have members across the EU servers, most commonly in Gandara and Aurora Glade, and with the new mega server we now have more freedom with members.

We have access to Teamspeak, a Steam group called The Luminous Warriors TLW and almost have access to Guild Missions.

Guild Rules/Information

We do have an age restriction of 15. We like mature members but we also recognize that younger players can also be mature thinking. We do make exceptions.

We have a Trial Period that lasts for about one week to see if this guild is right for you. We would only extend this period if we need to (for example you only play on weekends then we need more time to meet you).

During this Trial Period you will have access to our TeamSpeak. New Members that are still in trial period will remain in the server group “Guest” until their trial period is over.

To make sure we don’t have any inactive players, unless otherwise arranged with an officer and/or Leaders, members that are inactive for more than 3 months will be booted from the guild.
But if you would like to rejoin the guild and have been booted for inactive play, then all you have to do is contact an officer or one of the leaders with your account name.

When coming to conversation in the guild chat we do have some rules regarding this to keep a healthy and happy game experience for everyone.

-Swearing is allowed to a reasonable extent.

-Inappropriate words referring to the race/sexual orientation or private parts will not be tolerated.

-No fighting / arguing in guild chat. Arguments must be taken up with a Officer and or leader in private and be settled with both parties present.

And of course the most important rule here is: Disrespecting any guild member is a kickable offence and will not be tolerated.

if you have any issues with anything said in game or with another player i assure you that the officers and us leaders are here to help.

Now concerns to the Guild Bank, we will have it be divided into two parts:

The Guild Stash will be off limits to everyone but the Officers/Veterans and Leaders.

The Treasure Trove will be available to all members on a Give and Take basis. This privilege can be revoked at the discretion of the Leaders.

We will not be held liable/responsible for items lost or taken from the treasure trove. Use it at your own risk.

Teamspeak

Now yes we do have a Teamspeak, but this has a little bit different rules when it comes to the guild chat.

Using Teamspeak comes at own risk, we are more flexible with the rules here. However, saying anything offensive or disrespectful of someone will still result in you being kicked. If someone tells you to stop, please respect them.

We (The Leaders/officers/donators/users of teamspeak) will not be held accountable for anything said on Teamspeak.

Steam

We also have access to a group on Steam called The Luminous Warriors TLW which we use to post announcements or big posts regarding to guild stuff. We use Steam as our primary site for anything guild related.

i did it today actually without really thinking about it. I was in a party and we were all in the instance together and when two of them ran up they triggered the first interrupting skill she does and right when she finished i ran in and got her easily.

Don’t know if that helps but if the whole dodging and timing isn’t helping others try going in with a party and try something like that. it was fast and really simple. shrug shrug

there was just a recent patch and it seems that the armour is still bugged :\

Yes, my male character is having the exact same problem, where it was silver it’s now stuck as red and its 3 squares.

i’m still looking around but i have found no notes about the change or what has happened but i hope they fix it :\
