bria shadow fiend event bugged there is know bria to kill

the skill point challenge where u fight urrahn the hunter is bugged she is not there at mount maelstrom and yes i did find the cave where she is intended to be
tried several times to enter ac on dark haven server with full grps with none in overflow seeing all there pictures and when entering we all end up alone in dungeon or cant get in at all either using pop up or the portal it self dosent do anything plz adress this
