In any game (yes, even gw2), being rooted is considered a Soft-CC like a blind, etc and you are ABLE to cast skills at WILL while under that state, that’s normal (yes, in any game). There are other Hard-CC that prevent you from using skills like being stunned, dazed, taunted, feared, etc. Now you got me bro?
If you can remove blind after performing an attack, why can’t we remove immobilize after using a skill that pushes us forward like warriors do? we shouldn’t need to have special traits for it.
