To be in line with tonight’s STRESS TEST, I’m going to prepare myself drinking 10 coffee at least before it
PS: good opportunity to have a taste of POF, having missed the previous demo.
I’m using a pc with Intel I7 CPU 860 @2,8GHz, RAM 6GB and a GeForce GT220 and a Windows7 is running.
I’m experiencing the same issue: low FPS (10-15) with a very low consume of CPU and a high consume of RAM (running the game), between 85% and 95%.
The problems were dramatic after Hot launch.
Can anybody help me to solve it? Thank you

Some people are doing a mess in this discussion.
Let’s put something in order.
The large majority of the people is nice with Hot, is enthusiastic for some Elite Spec and has nothing to complain with Mastery system (that seems really far better then the previous one, so, please, don’t ask to go back neither for joke).
The only serious issues are the totally crazy amount of hero points needed to unlock the Elite Spec and the mechanics to gather them.
I’m sure that Anet will fix it, increasing the opportunities to gather a far richer amount of HP or dramatically lowering the request of them (please no more than 120).
We have other ways to strive to gather a result, i.e. legendary, masteries, etc…., and we’d like to do it with our Elite alts

As first impressions, I have a positive judgement of Heart of Thorn, because of many ideas really innovative, and I would like to suggest to hesitating people that to buy Hot is really worth.
But as far as I’m concerned, as many people, I’m far to be happy for the frustrating way to get a Specialization, and I would give my contribution in this discussion, hoping Anet will find a solution for this issue.
I’ve read here that some people would like more progression, but what do you mean for progression? Quests in PvE, maybe? Sure it’s the best way for a WvW player?
I honestly think the best progression it’s learning deeply the skills and the possibile uses that traits allow to do.
If you are a Pve player, put your nose out on a Wvw map, try to survive roaming and zerging and you will understand what I mean.
The first experiences in Wvw normally are a total failure for a Pve player, and you have to go deep into your profession to understand how to survive and how to be effective in fighting: that’s the real progression!
I’m far to be convinced that, for lovers of Wvw at least, it’s a good and rewarding progression’s way striving to reach a lv 80 in Pve maps or the 400 hp necessary for the Specialization, because normally could happen you are forced to play in ways you would prefer don’t do (PvE, or using the old profession), feeling for that a little frustrate.
So, I agree with people asking to developers faster ways to get Specializations.
But what about HEALING POWER? Is it worth to encrease that stat (300 or 600, for example)?
What do maths tell about?
I’ve tried a cele build with hammer and sword/shield: it was nice for zerging, but the points for condi damage were wasted, I would have reallocated them in more power, more ferocity, more healing power.
Nevertheless all the other stats were usefull, I think.
So I’m oriented for the future build to a mix of all stats, like celestial, except condi damage, reallocating that amount in Power, Ferocity, Healing power.
Ty for every one will give me his opinion about.
A thief in perma stealth, not suffering damage or condition.
Nice, really?

No, definitely it’s NOT NORMAL!!!
Watch better the video, plz.
And behind the episode in the posted video, it was a lot of time that that thief sticked to the zerg or sometimes some roamers to do that mess! Also thieves with perma stealth build it’s impossible they never appear.
Only for your information, when a thief hits an enemy, he looses the invisibility.
With any self evidence, that is a hacker or cheater!

I can’t stand it!
If the opponent team let the rush ‘cause it’s loosing, the game should end.
In sport competitions if one of the contenders gives up, the other simply has the victory.
And it could start another rush.
But when parties change during the rush, sometimes more than once, it’s really enendurable and frustrating!
Please stop this mess!
