As i conceive that just if your team has a really unlike chance to win a game and you still win without technical issues (disconnect, worth ping..) or social issues (players decide to give up during the matches, have some agreement with there opponents because they are still friends and so on..) on both teams.
Extreme Sample: Like a full day one PvP Player Team beats some of the Devisions above with many played games.
Realistic Sample: A Team with weak classes or Builds, beat a Team with popular established Meta-Builds.
I am not sure but i think that when every one in your team beat and master a lot 1vs2 fights, this will increase your chances tor ern more.
You never see so much 3 pips wins because the system try to avoid it and keep it rarely.
Just create an orb, that the Scout could pick up in the stronghold. If the scout leave the stronghold area he will lost the scout ability, and the orb got replaced.
Just for misbehaving people.. give two Commanders or 5 Players on the Map, IN the stronghold the power to reset the orb at its picking place. Would be nice if the Scout could give orders to the npc soldiers.
If someone IS a scout and the stronghold got lust you could share a small reward and for a good successful defending a bigger one.
