I have completed the Prologue, but I wasn’t ported to Verdant Brink, because the story-leader was out first and this notification blocked the buttons for porting to Verdant Brink. And because of this, I had to use a teleport to friend item (or had to replay this story part).
It would be nice, if this would not happen and the players are ported automatically to Verdant Brink and not back to the Prologue.

I have the same problem.
I contacted the support and they re-enabled one purchase attempt, but it didn’t work.
I tried to buy it with credit card and paypal today too, but I still couldn’t buy it.
Buying HoT through BLTC didn’t work either.
