Well thank you for your responses. I have tried most of your suggestion, but still is not that useful on battle and you could be killed by a thief in 5 seconds. I wish GW2 had more options for those who wants to be specialize in one magic.

I’m using staff because I have bifrost so changing to scepter ain’t gonna happen!

I have been using elementalist since GW 1, and always focusing on water spells in offensive and defensive/support ways. But in GW2 there does not seems to be many options for an offensive staff water build. Does anyone has any idea or builds that use water in some kind of effective and offensive way? That should be cool…

Yesterday someone gain access to my GW2 account since GW1 times. I received a normal email asking for a password reset that I did not do. But when I try to log in, the password has been changed and when I get access to GW2, my principal toon has been torn up. I lost all my armor, my Bitfrost, money and rare T6 crafting.

This is frustrating. I try to contact Arenanet support but I have not received response. I really need an Account Restore, something that i read on these forums. What can I do? How do I contact Arenanet? I have made my petition and my ticked but haven’t get any response yet. I really need help, because if I don’t get my items back that cost SO much time and effort, I will quit playing GW2.

If you made another character you can transmute the Glacial eye onto a white account bound head piece, so the Glacial eye becomes account bound. Then you can put it in the bank for your other character to pick up.

What do u mean by white account head piece? Transmute to a white piece and then put to bank and then transmute back to me? Sound logical but never tried…

If you transmute it onto a standard white vendor headpiece, it will lose “Soul bound” status and gain “Account bound” status instead. At that point, any of your characters of appropriate classes can wear it. If you want it to have better stats than the vendor headpiece, you’ll have to transmute it a second time while in the new owner’s inventory, at which point it will probably be soulbound to the new owner depending on the other item in the transmutation.

I tried transmuting to a standard white piece, but it said that it will make the item soulbind and not account bound.

Hi;

I have sold the Glacial Eye a long time ago, but now I just want them again for transmuting. Is there anyway I can get that starter piece back?

I tried creating another character, but the piece is soulbined and I cannot get to transmute.

Any suggestion? Have I lost all hope of recovering it?
