I overclocked my CPU from 2.66GHz to 4GHz and it makes a lot of changes. My average FPS has been increased from 20 (the lowest deails in the past) to 40 (now almost the highest details). What´s more it seems to be stable and pretty good working …. So this solution helps me alot and I think this is better than buy a new PC or CPU for much more money than the cooler costs.
Anyway GPU hasn´t got too much Effect on this game as CPU has. So boosting ur CPU is better, in my view.

dodgycookies.4562 : As you said, the problem is probably in my HW. It seems to be just old. So it is the time to buy new one, or to start spamming ANET to do the better optimization of this game.

Aronnas.5731 : Yea, you are absolutely right, it´s so anoying, that this game has so bad optimization. What is more, ANET aren´t going to change it, so far. I hope that when I leave home (I believe to start study University), I woun´t have to buy PC for hudreds of euros to play this game, I hope, that someone raise againts this laziness.

well when I start the GPU-Z (without GW2 running) it shows PCI-E 2.0×16 @ x16 2.0 . When I start the GPU-Z (with GW2 running) it shows the same parameters, without any changes.
So I sould change the position of my grafic card to be as near as it possible to my CPU, shouldn´t I?
