As someone who only plays wvw, I would never buy your game if my free sample was only EOTM. Eotm is boring and pointless. That being said, IF I was a business-minded dev, the only way to get people like me to pay, is with real wvw borderlands experience.

If you are able to limit chat functions to every 30 seconds, can you limit wvw for 30mins-1 hour a day?

OP should be updated with names of wvw active/big/popular guilds like MERC. This makes it easier for prospective players to find out details of guilds they would be interested in joining.

But it’s no fun to give people everything on the first date.

No matter who you choose, militia tend to follow already established commanders, which tends to be the commander with the bigger group. Their "bigger group "comes from rallying their guild. Ive read your post and im under the impression that you wont be joining a wvw guild? if so Good luck and knock em dead!

Honestly I’m not looking forward to the band-wagoners.. I kinda like SoR’s dysfunctional family-like community. Looking at the medal count, BG and JQ are much more “winning” servers with a lot more gold medals. Those wanting the easy win please go there~!
