I mailed support about missing influence back on October 1st. I didn’t know about this thread or I would have posted here too. A few nights before that I purchased the 1,000 Guild Influence for 2g in Lion’s Arch. I believe it was “drinks on the town.” I did not receive influence for the PiNiON guild on Maguuma, nor did I receive an item to grant it. I filed a ticket in-game an hour after this happened.
I still have not seen the influence. Can I either have it or my 2g back?
