Are you sure about that cause I have 12,705 Daily achievement points so far. Don’t think there is a limit.

I have done my dailys 2 days in a row now and completed at least 3 of them and show that I have gotten the Daily completed 10 achievement points for completionist. Yet in my total points it stays the same and does not go up. Is this a bug or something, or something I can do about it?

I have to ask what did I do wrong? I did not get banned until after logging off from the Metrica Province JP. So something happened that night. As far as third party programs on my computer there are none. I play RIFT, TERA, and Aion still all the time and funny they have not banned me for third party software. It would be helpful to know what I did wrong so I can correct the action. But all I get are generic replies. I guess at this point I will not be allowed to play GW2 again, which is fine but I would like to know what I did wrong.

I was a long time fan and supporter of the game, I had the GWAMM title from GW1 that I worked hard for and would never have jeopardized messing up my GW2 account. Anyways, I love your game, just wish I knew what I did.

I did the jumping puzzle the Tuesday night the patch for Sky Pirates was released. I got the email of the ban. I have never used a third party software thing. As of Saturday I am STILL banned. And Yes I was told by support the same thing many of you got. I am pretty unhappy. I have been playing GW1 when it released and GW2. Have never ever cheated. I hope they can resolve this or they lost a customer for life.

OhI did do a few jumping puzzles but I failed several of them.

I had posted earlier on the boards and had just one more question. Several family members including my son play this game. I have already posted a support ticket and I am waiting a response. I received a message on login this morning that my account was perm banned do to modifying or tampering with the game. My son and his guild mates said there was an exploit in the new dungeon yesterday that occurred after killing the last boss. I have no idea if that is true or not, I did do the new dungeon yesterday afternoon with a PUG group; however we FAILED to kill the last boss and did not complete the dungeon. This is the only thing I did yesterday, because it took so long to do the dungeon. Can Areanet go back and look at my account and see that I failed the dungeon and did not tamper with the game? I promise I did not do anything wrong expect my character died a lot, lol.

My desktop was in the shop getting a i7-4770 cpu and motherboard. I downloaded and played GW2 on my wifes laptop with my login. Is that legal?

How do I find my serial number if I bought the game online?

Tried to log in today and it said I was permanently banned for altering the game. I did a few pirate cache jumping puzzles last night with the new update. Seriously can not think of any thing that could ban me. A mesmer portaled me on a jump puzzle i had trouble with. I never got an email from Areanet saying what I did. I sent in a support email and asked why. Is there anything else I should do?

Anyone else have this problem? I am doing the quest forging the pack and when I go to leave the cave the fight the mini boss the Champion Wraith my game freezes. Cannot do anything on the computer. Whats really weird is after trying several times to do the quest, the game freezes at the exact same spot in mid sentence as the wraith is speaking to me about this being a trap. Not sure what to do here. Any thoughts would be helpful.
