Ticket number 1225792
Posting this for my husband, as he can’t access his account. he is trying to recover his account password, that ticket is now over 3 days old, and his original ticket which he no longer has the number for will have been 3 weeks old tomorrow.

You should feel ashamed as a company for this embarrassing lack of customer service, it is downright shameful.

I 100% agree. My husband has been trying to get his account restored for over 2 weeks now. This company has the worse customer service I have ever encountered in my life.
