I would like to thank all three servers for speaking to us and being open with us over the last few weeks, we really appreciated the interest.

Each server was as attractive as each other in different ways but we decided on SoR mainly due to the challenge it will provide us, as SoR had the weakest European coverage.

The warm welcome and support we have recieved on SoR has only reaffirmed the feeling that we have made the right choice.

Anyway looking forward to some great fights going forward with you all.

Still going? You guys take your time, i left eu ages ago, Viz dominating was written on the wall back when they had two servers in t1. us servers are way ahead transfer wise, should be fun. jq have lost alot of guilds recently, sor v bg this one.

Has ele water aoe skills been nerfed to +5 max? Particularly asking RG, as that seemed a legit tactic.

Deso’s been flamed since beta, would make a change, though sure the flame train isn’t far behind.

I’m a VS player, and i want go in T2!
BT have a lot of good guild (thanks free migration) with a large time-zone.
But a serveur with tag FR SP or DE don’t interressing a other region to come in (tag EU is the must).
Nobody want fight BT, Iron on Desolation want T2, a lot of player VS want T2, Elona don’t want come on T1 why, because BT are the best with a large time-zone, a lot of good guild, and play very good zerg (i hate zerg, i love real fight 15vs15, fight with GF or Nug when they are on FS server, roaming group, not 100 zombie player vs doors)
No challenge No-match No game pleasure for a week
If BT want challenge, go on a international server with large time-zone^^
BT is the best, it’s my conclusion.

Desolation player here, been on holiday an came on to see whats happened to our points (few random guesses, an we have form in dropping/rising fast) but i can speak for all folk in saying that VZ is the best EU server by far. Consistantly T1. Of course [fr] has a big population, same as [gr](X million), plus [ru/satellites](XX million). Give or take gaming community size.

cba with been online for 12+ hours to play a game tbh, if thats what it takes to compete with servers with better GMT coverage an population sizes (plus the odd well grilled RG-type guilds) then i’m happy playing non-T1. Let them have the rats.

What do you mean with the swiftness? Sometimes you see a swiftness buff without white borders cause it comes from another source or it bugs, no idea. Some players are using swiftness on kill food buff also.

Thats what i meant yes, noticed the ghost pots etc, thought it maybe had something to do with the Ele + boon duration or something.

Impressed with the RG turtling tactic, singlehandedly smashing our zergs whenever we look to gain ground. Seen the tactic months ago on youtube but not that large. Enjoyed yourselfs smashing us at the supply camp in BT BL over an over yesterday.

Building a EP Elementalist now an Guardian after in the hope that one of our guilds on Desolation can organise this collective approach, instead of just whinging about ‘pugs’. If not, RG transfer to Desolation!

Edit. One question though, how do you keep the Swiftness boon on yourselves after it has ran down?

That wasn’t Mesmers, they’d Trebbed the inner wall previously. We were doing well on all the other BL maps, but on Deso BL we had a fail commander (out of respect i wont mention his name, but hey, there needs to be a level of WvW experience needed before you waste 100 gold an our prime time points scoring) who facepalmed constantly.

It’s hypocrisy when FS used to (as the glory hordes are going to Deso) enjoy a more spread out GMT prime time population then most other servers, an now that advantage isn’t as effective, flame.

Yes, the transfers need sorted. Possibly a lock-in period, or something along the lines that have been mentioned; no cost to transfer to low population servers, transfer to a higher population made undesirable. Everyone wants ANet to clarify the transfer situation one way or the other. People on Deso don’t want boring WvW, or leechers extending que times. As people will just stop playing. In Deso the ques are at most 10-15min, not 3-4 hours like AS, or even longer in the old Vz, so at least they’ll be competitive WvW matchups.

Noticed a big increase in mercenary guilds from other servers in Deso, getting a better 24/7 coverage, plus the local glory-hunting population, instead of sitting in Lions Arch talking about Dyes an what not are now actively involved in WvW like the first few weeks before nightcapping demoralized the server. Would personally rather kitten in my pillow before i go to sleep then server hop, but i don’t mind winning neither.

Looking forward to smashing the two French servers, an collecting French badges again.

We have to talk about this right now, because SF and BT have to know, how to play against Deso at day shift.

I think that we have to coordinate cooperation by our commanders.
If we will let them only 4-5 hous with +600 and the rest of the day +100, they will fail.

FS an BT are both morning cappers. Similar GMT + hours when your servers are full. Follow trends. FS seem to be QQ’n cause its not as effective anymore. FS/BT will both be in peak hours for the same 12 hours. Deso peak time is 18:00 to past midnight GMT then RUIN an co take over till morning cappers come along. So upgrading everything before 18:00 GMT is your best bet.
