Hello.
I am playing at EU desolation server.
Couple of weeks ago I created a guild named AMASYA (aMa) and used my tome of influence I got from my digital deluxe edition but it got used without giving any influence.
I just formed the guild, and I was extra careful because I heard there were problems with guilds/representing etc. There were no other guilds that I was part of then. The tome of influence just vanished without giving influence to the guild.
You can easily check game logs and confirm my claim. I used my tome of influence and did not receive any influence.
just to recap:
I did NOT server transferred. I used my tome of influence, it was consumed and did not give any influence.
I already requested support for this asking for my influence or another tome of influence.
I received a reply saying “we have no way of restoring or awarding any influence that was not originally gained” which to my understanding rather bluntly says that they do not have any intention of doing anything despite the fact that I bought the right to that influence when I paid real money for digital deluxe version.
Last mail also advised me to come and post here so here I am.
I want my influence or my tome of influence. Or give the money back that I paid for the “deluxe” portion of digital deluxe version and that is acceptable for me too.

I have tried this several times now. And I can say I manage to re-create this bug all 4 times.
Here is what I do:
First I request support for a problem I have.
I describe the problem, I try to explain it as much as I can and as clear as I can, I then ask for certain solutions and/or their input on how to solve my problem.
I submit (with my account name of course)
I then immediately receive an auto-response smugly listing some situations (that I already said I did not have a problem with in my detailed explanation/description mail) and says I will not receive support unless I update.
Now here is the bug.
No matter what I say or do, no matter how I update; my support requests (all 4 of them) just sits there with updated status. All silent and lonely and without an answer.
Surely there must be a bug that is preventing legitimate questions/requests to reach ANet support people right?
Surely they are not ignoring me right?
Right?..
